Tree Grid View Show Editor Problem

Good day.  When I try to add a Tree Grid View, the editor does not display.  It only shows a blank page.  The problem seems to be similar to this problem, Requirements editor not showing anything?, but I didn't see an answer.  This is something that has happened in the last month or two (been a while since I added a Tree Grid View).  My old ones display correctly, it is just the ones I add now.  Thank you for any help.

    I realized this morning that I did not check my problem with other accounts or browsers.  It looks like the problem is occurring with Edge and Chrome.  I can view the editor with Explorer and Firefox (Firefox gives me a note saying "The browser has failed the browser requirement check."  Thank you for any help you can provide.
