Not able to view the all columns in the grid view of the Relationship tab of files, when we upload the files to the item.

I Have created Custom ItemType like Ref Doc and added the existing File Relationship to it. I am able to upload the files but not to view the filename column in the grid view of the Relationship tab.. How can I see the Filename column in the grid ?

I have used the same File relationship which is used for the CAD Documents and Documents.

Please help me to fix this issue.

The filename column is never visible by default. It´s not a real bug. Innovator just doesn´t configure this very well.

You have to unhide the "related_id" property in order to see the filename. Take a look at other ItemTypes with the word "file" in it. This way you can just follow the existing samples.

I had the same problem in the past. I figured out that the related_id was hidden, like AngelaIp stated. Another thing is to make the Sort Order 0 for the related_id so it will move to the front of the row.
