How to go back to previous state in Workflow?

Hi Expert, In ECO, in the situation that five approvers need to do a vote, one of approvers approve it. But one of other approvers reject it. Then, without waiting other three approvers to vote, I'd like to change to go back to previous state in workflow for requestor to rework. Would you help how to do it? Thank you so much for your help.
