Good Morning,
I am trying to understand the documentation Configurable InBasket.pdf, Section 5.2.2 Configure InBasket Task ItemType (Meeting Task ItemType).
The resulting section 5.2.4 Viewing New InBasket Task ItemType Shows 2 Items, one in the Active and one in the Pending state.
How does the system know to add 2 Inbasket activities?
