We would like to display a related Document link in the SSVC left hand column. I know how to get the document link to show but is there a way to disable the markup functionality and only have it open in the viewer?

I would also like to know if it is possible to view/display .doc and .docx files with the viewer either by opening in a viewer tab or by pulling from the vault similar to how a "File" tab behaves
