I will now use the free version of aras Inovator to evaluate the product. In that case, please let me know if the user authority of the windows server does not have to be administrator.

Once your Innovator instance is properly installed on the server, you should not need admin privileges to the server to configure anything else.

Welcome to the Aras Community! You will need admin access to the server where you want to install Innovator. There are several prerequisites that you probably won't be able to install or configure without admin permissions (ex: IIS, SQL Server).
Some folks install Innovator on their local machine to evaluate the platform if they can't access a server. That can be a quick solution, but it may not be ideal if you want to evaluate it at scale or with team members.
That's my perspective from the Aras side. It would be great if other Community Edition users could share their experiences or tips for evaluating Innovator!
