I am using Aras11 SP12. Currently I found TOC entries are sorted alphabetically.
How can I configure to sort as we want not alphabetically.
e.g Under Processing Category :
Selection
Reference
Process
Actions.

I don´t think TOC sorting is supported by I12SP9. Chris´s answer is not completely wrong. At this time, Aras worked on the feature and each Release they added a few more code to support the TOC sorting. So sorting should be supported in later Innovator 12 versions, but in 12SP9 unfortunately still not.
All the changes were preparations for the TOC Editor in I14.
Version that support sorting look like this:
Note the different type for the button (it previously was a Menu Button) and the sort order that is not the standard 128 value.
Edit: Thanks for asking this question! I right now wonder how to deal with this when updating to Release 2023. When we import ItemTypes from I12 to I14, no sorting is assigned yet. So we probably have to rearrange all ItemTypes after initial import.
