First Login Page not display correct

Hi All, I was logging first time to Aras but getting error in loading Login page saying, Resource with key="'login.version_html'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml". 11.0 SP9; Resource with key="'login.build_html'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml". 6549 Please any advise on this?
