Getting Error while creating a part

I try to create a part but got the following ERROR:   -<SOAP-ENV:Envelope> -<SOAP-ENV:Body> -<SOAP-ENV:Fault> <faultcode>SOAP-ENV:Server.ItemIsLockedException</faultcode> <faultstring>Aras.Server.Core.ItemIsLockedException</faultstring> -<detail> <af:legacy_detail>Aras.Server.Core.ItemIsLockedException</af:legacy_detail> <af:exception message =" Aras.Server.Core.ItemIsLockedException " type =" Aras.Server.Core.ItemIsLockedException " /> <af:item type =" Part " id =" 43712294117C44A6B57F3F42D41D2B2C " /> </detail> </SOAP-ENV:Fault> </SOAP-ENV:Body> </SOAP-ENV:Envelope>   I am not getting what is going wrong? Help? and what is the meaning of "There is no tag in response" <Item> regards, Maddy

    Hi Maddy, Could you please check if there are any additional server events on the Part ItemType? By default there should be 7 events all named something like 'PE_...'. Could you also confirm when you are receiving the "There is no tag in response" message?
