Manufacturing Process Planning

Hello, I've recently installed "Aras Update -- Manufacturing Process Planning". I've been using it as "admin". However, if I change to other normal user (the user is added by admin in Administration --> users), the TOC category "Process" is not available. What should I do to fix this problem?
