Hi,
I installed the latest Aras innovator ( 11 SP 9 ) and the sample database and is working fine. Now I was trying to run the Aras Update utility. It is failing always. Is it applicable only for subscription users ?
I am new to Aras.

I am quite new to ARAS as well. But the update-utility can be used without subscription. But there might be packages for which you need a subscription.
What do you want to do?
Installing e.g. the mpp-package worked fine here in our installation (without subscription).
