Installed Aras11 Sp9 but login page failed

Hi: I installed Aras11 SP9 and all seems looking fine.  But when I tried to login,  I got the following error.  I tried working with Karsten lies to fix the issue but no success My computer spec:  Win10 professional, SQL 2012 professional, IIS7 from Windows. InnovatorSolutions Resource with key="'login.login_btn_label'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml".Resource with key="'login.cancel_btn_label'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml". Find the latest version of Aras Innovator Resource with key="'login.version_html'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml". 11.0 SP9; Resource with key="'login.build_html'" is not found in "">localhost/.../ui_resources.xml". 6549
