Self Service Reporting

Hello, when I create a new report, in the first step I have selected Top Level ItemType (e.g. Part), why the "Selected Related" showed only "Alternates" and "config_id(Part)"? According to demo, it should automatically list all the relationships. I've tried several other itemtypes, the results are the same, only above two are listed. Best regards chenze

    Hello, I'm not sure that a Self Service Report is the correct choice for this kind of report. I'm not aware of a way to collapse multiple levels of a Part BOM into one a flat list of parts using only Self Service Reporting. It is possible to create a copy of the existing BOM Quantity Roll-up report, and then change the Stylesheet to edit how the report is displayed to make it fit your use case. Chris
