How to update the certificate files

Hello,

There are some certificates files of Aras software. The expiration date is only one year. This means that we have to update these certificates every year, otherwise, we cannot use the software. Does anyone know how to update the certificates and extend their expiration date? Can it be extended more longer than one year?

    Thanks for your question.  The certificates are established during installation and as you mention they do have a time-out period.  Aras provides support services for certificate renewal to subscribers only.  As a Community Edition user your options include:

    • Contracting with an Aras partner to provide assistance with certificate renewal
    • Moving to the latest 2024 Release of the Community Edition in order to establish a new certificate
    • Moving to an Aras Subscription
