Hi,
I have installed SP14, it works fine in our Dev environment.
But when after installing it on the test environment (same os, windows 2016 IIS 10), after entering username & password, the error saying Status code: 404, Reason: "Not Found" Request uri: localhost/.../Authenticate.aspx
The file does exist in the folder. So I found the log file, and indicates it cant connect to the ArasInnovatorAgent service, saying there is no endpoint listening at localhost:8734/ArasInnovatorAgent that could accept the message. The errors in the log are below:

Ok, after further trials. The server where Sp14 installed and login works fine, didn't have Agent Service installed (default install).
Also the above error seems to exist in the log file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Aras\Innovator\Innovator\Server\temp) whether login works or not.
Interestingly the server that not working with login with SP14, and I uninstalled SP14 , and put SP12 back (with default install, no agent service). And the login works fine.
Can anyone advise why it behaves like this?
Hi fdxu168,
When you selected the components to install 11 SP14, did you include the OAuth Server? If you install 11 SP14 without the OAuth component selected, you will run into login issues.

Yes Oauth is installed. It looks like an issue with SP14, where it uses localhost in the oauthserver web config. By changing the localhost to the actual host name will fix this. However this wasn’t an issue in SP12 with localhost.
Hi fdxu168,
If you are still having trouble with this installation, I recommend contacting Aras Support ([email protected]). They will be able to walk through your configuration and troubleshoot with you.
